Contact the Administrator for application and renewal related questions and concerns only. For example, if you have any questions about your application form, renewal form, status, due dates, disqualification from the program, the Administrator can help.

The Administrator's hours of operation are from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. (Pacific Time) Monday through Friday. It is closed on state holidays and weekends.
